Responsibilities for Order Fulfilment:

• Sorting and packaging of sales orders in the store and warehouse
• Ensuring the safety of packages while in-transit to customers
• Safe and timely delivery of packages to customers in Lagos and Ogun states
• Keeping proper records of deliveries and payments received
• Ensuring timely and effective responses to customers regarding delivery inquiries
• Building good relationships with our customers and shipping/clearing agents
• Collecting and securing cash from customers that wish to pay cash on delivery
• Running pickup and delivery errands for the company
• Ensuring the bike is kept clean, well-maintained and roadworthy
• Evaluating and developing opportunities to improve our order fulfilment processes

Qualifications for Order Fulfilment:

• Must have an SSCE qualification (WAEC or NECO)
• Must reside within or around Surulere, Lagos 
• Must have at least 1 year experience in the transport or logistics business
• Must know how to properly ride a 200cc engine bike
• Must have a valid rider's card or driver's licence (for bike riders)
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must know how to read, interpret, and fulfil written and oral orders
• Must have an Android phone and know how to use Google Maps and WhatsApp
• Must have the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast environment and multitask is necessary
