HOW TO USE

1. Put 1 teabag in a cup of hot water, leave it for 3-5 minutes, stir, and drink.

2. You can add more hot water into the cup or bottle until the color and taste of the tea is light, then throw away the teabag. 

3. After 4 hours, put another fresh teabag in a cup of hot water and brew it as the first one.

4. Use 2 teabags per day, 1 teabag each time.

5. Each pack will last 1 week (7 days) and you might need to consistently use up to 3 packs before you better results.
