GINAX STORE + GINAX LOGISTICS

Ginax Logistics offers ecommerce logistics services to customers of Ginax Store. Once your online order is confirmed in Ginax Store, Ginax Logistics will pick, pack, and ship the parcel to you. If you are in Lagos or Ogun State, it will be delivered at your doorstep and you can make payment on delivery. If you're in other states or locations across the country, it will be taken to the respective motor park and once the shipping is processed, you will receive the waybill or driver's number on WhatsApp.

In addition to the ecommerce logistics services, Ginax Logistics also run other business errands for Ginax Store. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FOR CLIENTS)

1. Do you offer same day delivery services within Lagos? Yes, for parcels picked up before 11:00AM, we can deliver them same day within Lagos. 

2. Do you offer warehousing service? No, we do not offer warehousing services.

3. What are your damaged/return/insurance policies for orders? We do NOT accept delivery requests for consumables, liquids, fragile or sensitive items that can easily get damaged. If however, any item gets damaged due to our own fault and not via natural disasters, we will pay for it or replace it. For failed deliveries, we will try to process them for a second time and if the receiver is not ready to pick up, we will return the item back to you at no extra cost.

4. Where are your coverage areas for home delivery services? Our home delivery services are for customers or clients in Lagos and in some parts of Ogun State. For customers of Ginax Store that are in other states, we have delivery partners that can process home deliveries in those states.

5. What is your service charge per delivery? We charge ₦1000-3000 for deliveries in Lagos and Ogun State, depending on the pick up to drop off location. 

6. How long does it take to process home delivery orders in Lagos and Ogun State? Parcels will be delivered the same or next day. For parcels that were not delivered, they will be given top priority the next day.

7. What shipping (delivery) methods do you offer and do you provide tracking numbers? We use our bikes to do pick ups and home deliveries within Lagos in some parts of Ogun Sate, and we do not offer tracking numbers. If you want to know the status of your delivery, message us on WhatsApp at 0905 698 5101.

8. How do I place a request for your home delivery services? Send the pick up and drop off locations to us on WhatsApp (0905 698 5101) and we will update you on the possibility of your delivery and the delivery fee. Please make sure your information contains the name, number, and complete address of both the sender and receiver.
