HOW TO USE (READ CAREFULLY)

1. Shave, clean and dry the abdomen or navel area before use. 

2. Get the plaster out and remove the attached plaster from one side.

3. Apply plaster with its adhesive side on the navel.

4. Apply appropriate pressure so it can stick well and for better absorption. Apply the pressure several times a day.

5. One patch can be used for 2-3 days.

6. Remove the plaster and clean the skin.

7. Leave the navel to be free for 24 hours and then repeat the procedure after 24 hours.

8. Treatment consist of 4 plasters.

9. The best results are achieved after 3-6 treatments (12-24 patches).
