HOW TO USE
You can take out cayenne pepper liquid drops in several ways:
1. Diluted in water (most common)
- Add 3–5 drops to a full glass of warm or room-temperature water
- Drink once daily, preferably after meals
- Beginners should start with 3–5 drops
2. Mixed with juice or honey
- Add 3–5 drops to:
- Fruit juice, or
- 1 teaspoon of honey (then swallow slowly)
- Helps reduce the burning sensation
3. In herbal tea
- Add 2–5 drops to warm (not hot) tea
- Sip slowly
BEST TIME TO TAKE IT
- After meals: Gentler on the stomach
