HOW TO USE 

Recommended Dosage

  • Take two (2) capsules once daily with breakfast. You can as well take one (1) capsule with breakfast and one (1) capsule with lunch
  • Best taken with meals (preferably breakfast or lunch)
  • Take it daily for at least 4–8 weeks. Metabolic and appetite-related supplements work gradually, not overnight.

This improves absorption and reduces stomach discomfort, especially with berberine, green tea extract, and apple cider vinegar powder.

Avoid taking late at night, as Vitamin B12 and green tea extract may interfere with sleep.

WHO SHOULD BE CAREFUL

Before use, consult a healthcare professional if the person:

  • Is pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Has diabetes, low blood sugar, or is on glucose-lowering medication
  • Has liver issues or is on long-term medication
